We all know that junk food is not good for the health and you can gain weight if you eat it regularly.
1. It is a cliché but stop eating junk food and you should see quick results and you will start to lose weight immediately.
2. Stop drinking soda.
3. Stop eating sweets more than twice per week.

A fruit can be your healthy breakfast – it will give you energy because of the carbs in it and will help not to constipate during the diet.
Why not try one of these activities or all of them
* Strength training at home, you need only a set of barbells
* Walking in the park
* Treadmill walking/running, while you are watching your favorite TV program
It is guaranteed that you will lose weight if you follow a good diet for teens in combination with 1 hour activity 5 times per week. Make weight loss your life style, not starvation. It could happen if you wish to live healthy and happy life full of many nice moments with your friends.

A simple way to lose weight is to cut out sugar and starch. You don’t have to go low carb, but it helps to reduce your junk carbs and replace them with better carbs (beans, vegetables, fruit) and some fat (fat makes a meal more satisfying so you can get by eating less total calories.)
Exercise can speed up results. On that TV show “Biggest Loser” they exercise all the time.

hey,my friend really wants to lose weight.she is really depressed about it and as i am very thin (genes) she is always comparing us and saying she wants to be just as thin is me. I try to tell her time and time again that everyone is born different and she is naturally curvy but she insists she is fat. On top of that, there are some real noobs in our school who call her fat to be nasty. And she isn't even fat! She has a flat stomach, nice face shape (no double chin), she is just very curvy and has muscle which doesn't make her as thin as other girls. She really hates life and i hate seeing her like this, she is like my best friend a i love her the way she is. dont see it as a diet just healthy eating 3 healthy meals a day cut out junk food have grilled or oven baked food rather than fried cut out junk food crisps pop cakes etc and excercise every day

i think that reverse diet i read about (below) is really good....it's just eat more for breakfast; less rest of day and then jogging really works for exercise.
